Informational purpose

This website describes CEABuild, its approach, and selected current or planned initiatives. Website content is informational and does not by itself create a client relationship, binding proposal, warranty, or guarantee of results.

Capability status

CEABuild distinguishes between planned, in-development, preview, pilot, validated, and available capabilities. Items labeled as Coming Attractions, planned, in development, preview, or expected are not represented as generally available, proven, guaranteed, or production-ready.

Engagements

Specific services, deliverables, pricing, responsibilities, dependencies, intellectual-property treatment, schedules, and other terms are governed by the applicable accepted proposal, agreement, or documented authorization rather than by this public website.

Payments, cancellations, refunds & disputes

Payment schedules, retainers, deposits, milestone payments, and final balances for professional services are governed by the applicable accepted proposal, agreement, or documented authorization. A client may request cancellation of an engagement, but payment remains due for work already performed and for nonrecoverable third-party costs or commitments made for the engagement. Unless the governing agreement states otherwise, prepaid amounts are refundable only to the extent they have not been earned or committed, subject to applicable law. Questions about a charge, invoice, refund, cancellation, or payment dispute should be raised promptly through CEABuild's published contact channels so the matter can be reviewed and resolved under the governing engagement terms.

Intellectual property

CEABuild™, CEA, related marks, brand assets, frameworks, and site content are subject to their applicable ownership and license rules. “Built by CEABuild™” is an attribution standard for eligible standalone systems and does not by itself make those systems part of the CEA product family.

Nothing on this site should be read as legal, tax, accounting, medical, engineering, investment, or other regulated professional advice unless a separately qualified provider is expressly engaged for that purpose.
